What are microgreens?

Microgreens are young vegetable greens harvested just after the first true leaves develop, typically 7–21 days after germination. They’re grown from a variety of seeds and are used to add color, texture, and fresh flavor to dishes.

    Sprinkle microgreens on soups, appetizers, entrées, or cocktails. They add a bright pop of color, a hint of fresh flavor, and a boost of vitamins—all without changing the dish’s main taste.
